We know how excellent pasta is made in Italy. Tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves. Our head-brewer had idea to put these two iconic flavors into a beer. We succeeded. In this absolutely crazy and slightly salty gose, we used tomato puree, fresh basil leaves to give that unique flavor. The beer is actually really balanced and pairs well with salads, pasta, pitsa and pretty wide variety of foods
