Tepache is a popular drink in Mexico, that is made by fermenting pineapple rind and combining it with cinnamon to make a refreshing low abv drink. We brewed a base of our full bodied beer which we then soured with pineapple rind to give it a distinct sourness. To make things a bit interesting we also added some cloves, cinnamon and a bit of scorpion chili to give it an extra kick. It´s a really unique beer packing tart flavor backed by the chili hotness.
