Description
Redrum is our first try with brewing wild beers. A Flanders Red style beer, fermented for a year with a blend of different wild bacteria and fungi (Lactobacyllus, Pediococcus, Brettanomyces). The result is a reddish moderately carbonated fruity and sour-sweet dry beer with lots of different nuances. In 0.375L geuze-type bottles, hand bottled and labeled.
